Remote ECU calibration for the Komatsu MidRange (MR) Stage V engine running the CM2350 module with product ID BKW. The work is done over TeamViewer on your own laptop, connected to the machine or to the ECM on the bench, while you watch the whole session.

Temporary DTC blocking is exactly that: it keeps the machine moving while the repair is scheduled and parts are in transit. The underlying fault is still there and still needs fixing. Results vary with the condition of the engine.
This is a software service carried out on the engine control module. No parts are shipped.
What you need for online programming
- A laptop running the manufacturer diagnostic software (contact the shop if you do not have it)
- A diagnostic interface such as a Nexiq USB-Link
- A connection to the machine, or to the ECM on the bench
- TeamViewer installed
How it works
- Order and pay for the service.
- Send the engine model and the ESN or VIN — a photo of the dataplate works.
- The technician checks the calibration and software level on that exact unit and only books the session when the job is possible on it.
- A session time is agreed by email, set to suit your time zone.
- At the agreed time you send your TeamViewer ID and password and stay at the machine while the work is done.
- Fault codes are read back together at the end of the session.
