Terms and Conditions – Remote Tuning & Software Services
By purchasing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Service Nature
All services provided are remote digital services (including tuning and software installation) performed via tools such as TeamViewer. No physical goods will be shipped.
2. Customer Participation
The customer must be present and cooperate during the remote session. Service completion is defined as successful connection and execution of the agreed work.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate vehicle/system information and maintaining a stable internet connection during the session.
5. Legal Compliance
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and emissions standards. We do not assume liability for how the service or software is used after delivery.
6. Use of Software
Any software, modifications, or configurations provided are supplied at the customer’s request for technical purposes. The customer assumes full responsibility for usage and any consequences arising from it.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle issues, downtime, or loss of income.
8. Dispute and Abuse Prevention
False claims such as “item not received” for completed services are considered misuse of the dispute system. We reserve the right to provide all communication records and technical logs as evidence.
By proceeding with payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
