Guide how to drill dpf scr filter after tuning aftertreament detroit engine

In order to do a proper onebox (DPF SCR DOC) delete You have to do following:

Delete ECM tuning

Clean out the onebox

ECM tuning:

Once the ECM is delete tuned you can remove all the filters from exhaust.

With onebox delete, the EGR is deleted as well.

One box - SCR DOC DPF delete:

Onebox filter consists of 3 different filters

All 3 filters need to be hollowed out.

Remove the DPF cans, and hollow them out.

Red arrows on photo below point out to DPF cans after removing filter material.

DOC must be hollowed out as well, on the photo below arrows point out to DOC filter.

The most complicated one to do is SCR.

You will have to:

cut it open

hollow it out

weld it back shut
