By using the remote ECU tuning, diagnostics and calibration services provided by VietDiesel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Intended use. All tuning and calibration services are supplied for off-road, competition, motorsport, agricultural, marine and export applications only. It is the customer's responsibility to check and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws before ordering.
2. Nature of the service. Services are performed remotely on the engine control unit (ECU). No physical parts are supplied. Results may vary depending on engine condition and configuration.
3. Liability. VietDiesel is not responsible for how the customer chooses to use the vehicle or engine after the service, nor for any use that is not permitted in the customer's jurisdiction.
4. Payment & support. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Customer support is available through the contact details on our website.
